We are looking for a stellar “Growth Marketing Manager” to join our fast-growing team!
This role will support the company’s rapid growth objectives with proven experience in driving, cultivating, and reporting on leads through every stage of the sales, business development and partnerships funnel.
This role is directly reporting to the CEO.
What you’ll do
- Set the strategic growth marketing direction for B2B clients worldwide
- Understand the global nuances of the business, and how to leverage marketing plans and specific tactics to connect with clients/prospects and generate leads globally
- Own the marketing funnel, responsible for on-time/on-budget delivery of demand generation campaigns and every step of the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketing roadmap for growth on all platforms
- Develop growth marketing strategies in compliance with business plans
- Develop and manage campaigns that promote the brand, find new and exciting ways for business development to engage with new partners
- Enhance new market development, business development, and partnership initiatives
- Track the performance of all marketing initiatives and analyze the performance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital growth marketing and demand generation especially in B2B SaaS business
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth initiatives in a fast-paced and B2B environment
- Proven ability to work with sales teams, drive awareness and manage targeted programs to drive marketing leads that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue
- Strong experience in the creation and strategic implementation of multi-touch/ multi-phase lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
- Inbound marketing strategy execution experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics
- Expertise in campaign creation and agency coordination
- Initiative taker and solution finder profile with a high level of responsiveness
- Ability to connect marketing activities to business objectives
- A strong goal & metric-oriented approach
