Growth Marketing Executive

As part of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing activities and brand communication. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join our team.

Mowico is a mobile commerce platform that lets e-commerce businesses create no-code apps and take full advantage of m-commerce by apps.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing online brand communication activities including blog contents, landing pages, marketing emails, social media, community management.
  • Managing day-to-day communications with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROAS, and other channel metrics.
  • Tracking and evaluating KPIs and determining necessary adjustments to optimize ad campaigns in line with the allocated budgets.
  • Drive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Monitoring web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools,
  • Consolidating and building internal and external reports for the clients
  • Providing weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.


  • At least 3 years, preferably 4-5 of working experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or related fields of study
  • Significant Marketing / Brand / Product communication management to drive awareness and business results.
  • Work experience in fields of SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and other related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of creating engaging copy for emails, landing pages, social media and communities.
  • Excellent understanding of Analytics & Performance KPIs
  • Good Knowledge of with User Acquisition KPIs (LTV, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention,…)
  • Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Semrush, etc.
  • Understanding of Growth Hacking, A/B Optimization, Web Development, UI / UX Optimization, and creative design is a bonus
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
