As the EMEA Sales Development Manager, You Will

  • Recruit, train and manage the performance of a team of SDR Team Leads who are responsible for regional SDR Teams and their outbound & inbound sales engagements.
  • Ensure EMEA SDR team reach and outperform their target on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare EMEA SDR performance reports on a regular basis and analyze data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, possess the ability to present ideas and to communicate in writing, via emails and reports, or orally, explanations and data to support actions taken.
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Create a culture of constant experimentation to improve funnel conversion.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives.
  • Oversee the correct and constant usage of sales technology including Hubspot, Mailchimp, StoreLeads and other prospecting tools.


  • Ensure 100% OKR attainment for all SDRs in the most effective and efficient way.
  • Prepare reporting to the Sales leadership team and based on the data share ideas and best practices to optimize the funnel conversion and SDR activities

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales as both an SDR and manager
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
  • Experience with sales automation platforms like MooSend, Mailchimp
