Sales Development Represantative (SDR)
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Responsible for making sales phone calls, sending cold sales emails, and responding to live website chats.
- Research accounts and leads to identify contacts and triggers for tailored Outreach.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadStore, Builtwith, and Hubspot.
- Use calls, emails, and social platforms to connect and engage with prospects.
- Use Outreach to ensure a consistent and scalable cadence of touchpoints.
- Deliver high-quality meetings to account executives by following qualification criteria.
- Develop specific daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to help you achieve targets.
- Collaborate with account executives daily.
- Conduct lead generation programs, content, and events provided by the marketing team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT Sales related environment
- Excellent English and verbal communication skills
- Passion for sales and SaaS technology
- An eagerness to learn, being curious and customer-centric
- A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, being highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- A commitment to team and company success, being a team player who wants to contribute and learn from others
- Hubspot or other CRM experience
