Sales Development Represantative (SDR)

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for making sales phone calls, sending cold sales emails, and responding to live website chats.
  • Research accounts and leads to identify contacts and triggers for tailored Outreach.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadStore, Builtwith, and Hubspot.
  • Use calls, emails, and social platforms to connect and engage with prospects.
  • Use Outreach to ensure a consistent and scalable cadence of touchpoints.
  • Deliver high-quality meetings to account executives by following qualification criteria.
  • Develop specific daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to help you achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with account executives daily.
  • Conduct lead generation programs, content, and events provided by the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT Sales related environment
  • Excellent English and verbal communication skills 
  • Passion for sales and SaaS technology
  • An eagerness to learn, being curious and customer-centric
  • A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, being highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets
  • A commitment to team and company success, being a team player who wants to contribute and learn from others
  • Hubspot or other CRM experience

Preferences

  • Experience in a fast-paced prospecting/ outbound sales development role
