Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial “Sales Manager” to join our fast-growing team and rapidly expand our customer base globally.  

You will develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions while achieving the sales objectives within our global expansion plan. We are just scaling our Sales team, so this role assumes a lot of responsibility and great opportunities for growth.

This role is directly reporting to the CEO and managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.

What you’ll do

  • Handle overall responsibility for managing the global sales, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding quarterly set sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and support the sales process until they’re ready to buy.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Develop, share, and implement account strategies to increase sales penetration into our top partners.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for Account Executives and SDRs as they generate leads
  • Qualify and progress leads and opportunities through the shorter sales cycles to closure.
  • Give feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience especially in global markets
  • Solid experience in meeting more prospects in shorter sales cycles
  • Prior experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions and/or technology products
  • Team management experience is a must. (Account Exes/ Inside sales/ SDRs/ BDR.)
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce solutions industry and/or fast-growing tech companies is a big plus!
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth organization
  • Solid track record of successfully understanding the needs of the client, addressing issues in creative ways & developing relationships that lead to high-value & long-term partnership
  • Passionate self-starter with a go-get attitude and strong closer with a global perspective
  • Extremely organized, target & result oriented 
  • Pitch perfect communication skills: a careful listener, close observer, and master communicator.
  • Highly skilled at deal and engagement leadership
  • Native or excellent command of English
